Job Description My highly acclaimed client is looking for the ideal candidate to fill this position in the Bryanston area.

Main Purpose of Job:
To support the HR Business Partner and business in providing an end-to-end HR service and driving the return on investment from Human Capital within a specific Business.

Key Outputs:
HR Execution: To implement people strategies and plans in order to provide flawless execution of HR initiatives. To provide support to the HR Business Partner in the execution of all initiatives, particularly Employee Relations, Employee Wellness and Recruitment & Selection, including administrative support. To support and coach line managers in the implementation of core People processes.
HR Projects: To coordinate and execute ad hoc HR projects including trend analysis at unit level.
Coordinate delivery of HR CoE & CoS services: To coordinate delivery of and providing business support, to ensure delivery of end-to-end HR service.
Performance & Talent: To ensure the quality of the TPMS content and quality of records, and to assist performance improvement and talent management.
Employee Relations & Engagement: To establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees across all disciplines and businesses and ensure compliance with business principles, e.g. safety and CARE. In addition to ensure recommendations from Employee Climate Surveys are supported and implemented.
Data Quality: Create Data Standards, analyse Data, ensure Data Quality and ensure proper storage thereof in own Business Unit area. Ensures ongoing clean-up and maintenance of HR Master Data.
Research & Analysis: Business trends on an ongoing basis, providing the line manager and business with the requisite information to inform proactive business decisions writh regard to human resources issues.

HR Delivery to the Business KPIs - Support People Plans
HR Delivery to the Business KPIs - Success of Projects
HR Delivery to the Business KPIs - Adherence to RACI models, policies and procedures and Best Practices
HR Delivery to the Business KPIs - Attract & Retain the Right People, Increase Motivation/Engagement, Leverage Performance Management. Completion & Quality of PE/PDGs
HR Delivery to the Business KPIs - Ensure Compliance. local surveys. Quality & Safety KPIs. Absence, Turnover, Overtime, & Sickness KPIs
Integrity and Quality of HR Master Data maintained
Trend predictions and implemented recommended action

Key Experiences:
3 + years experience in HR or related field
Factory & Industrial Relations experience

Knowledge:
Degree level education or equivalent.
Generalist HR knowledge with emphasis on Employee Relations and Recruitment & Selection.
Business Acumen (understanding of the business, performance drivers and long term direction).
Organizational dynamics, behaviours and psychology.
Up-to-date HR expertise through self directed initiatives that would include resources such as Professional bodies, External Networks (Eg Corporate Leadership Council), Networks (Shared Services, Corp CoEs)
Sound knowledge of CoE Expertise - employment law & labor regulations, Safety Regulations, Compensation, Talent Management.

Functional or Professional / Business Skills:
Networking & Negotiations - Build engagement & commitment (via Influencing, coaching, presentation and facilitation skills).
Basic Project Management
Analytical - Use & Create metrics
Ability to work as a part of a multifunctional team
Highly developed Communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate level of Computer Skills - MS Office and SAP
