Job Description Overall purpose:
•Our client (International Engineering) is seeking a highly motivated, junior Business Analyst to provide business-oriented application support and development activities for the Livelink Enterprise Content Management application.
• As part of the Livelink Application team within Information Services, the Business and Support Analyst will be responsible for providing business, development and administrative support as required to the Livelink Application and Platform Managers.
• Your role will be to act as the day-to-day business liaison for the company's "Livelink" document management system. Reporting to the Livelink Application Manager, your key responsibilities will be managing and progressing business-focussed application management, support and development issues.
• Responsibilities will include stakeholder liaison, business analysis, business process ownership, business and technical reporting and general application support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with and provide input into the discovery, identification, research and resolution of application related development and business service issues.
• Perform application support activities including but not limited to:
o Information management support
o Records management. support
o Business service requests
o Requirements gathering
o Stakeholder communications and liaison
o Technical writing and training
• Liaise with stakeholder and business representatives at all levels
• Assist project and training teams with the preparation and presentation of application training material.
o Responsibility for all application support and training content
• Gather and refine requirements to create business, functional, training or other requirements documents as appropriate.
• FPOC for all associated business processes involving the Livelink application; whether as a responsible, engaged or other level actor.
• Perform other administrative activities on request.

Qualifications and experience:
• Enterprise Content Management or Records Management experience
• BA/BS in a relevant field and/or equivalent professional experience
• ITIL Process Principles exposure
