Job Description Main Purpose:
•To provide effective support and governance to the Procurement Strategic and Operations teams. To conduct audits and monitor systems for accurate Reporting to local and global teams

Job Description:
•To provide 1st level support within the company for eBest systems, Maintenance of system, logging calls with Germany, effective reporting and compliance to local & global business units.
•To maintain the approval workflow in accordance with the Delegation of Authority process.
•To ensure accurate reporting and analysis of information in order to advise the relevant business units with regards to commodity spend and savings achieved.
•To apply and monitor process flow within Procurement department to ensure compliance to Global Procurement policies and procedures.
•To maintain and develop supplier relationships to optimize vendor offerings, according to relevant legislation and policies.
•To evaluate and maintain New vendor applications in accordance with Procurement Governance (Blacklisting, Background Checks, etc)
•To provide support and assistance to ensure quality Procurement processes/Governance to manage efficiency and accuracy within applications to adhere to best Procurement Practice and Operations.
•To source quotations in accordance with best practices of the Strategic Sourcing process by identifying the best product at the best value in order to manage cost savings.
•To manage, monitor and maintain Procurement contracts and agreements process.
•To evaluate and conduct SOX Monitoring and reporting for the global audit team.
•PSA (Performance Self assessment) Reporting - monthly, bi-annual orders, bi-annual contract Reporting - for global audit team.
Qualifications and experience required:
• Higher Education / Diploma will secure.
• Relevant on-the-job Experience in :
- Contract management
- E-sourcing
- Negotiation
- Vender management
- Proven ability to meet a procurement target
