Job Description JOB PURPOSE
To maintain and enhance SAP WM configurations to ensure the efficient function of the Longmeadow operations and to provide technical support

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• The effective day to day management on SAP WM.
• To monitor and maintain the transport schedule and the daily KPI's of the schedule.
• Support user base. DC layout plan is within the agreed guidelines.
• Transport operations and delivery performance.

JOB INPUT REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS
Related three years tertiary qualification
ALTERNATIVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years experience in IT Systems


JOB OUTPUTS
Finance
Cost Control
• Reduce wastage with regards to carry over
Operational Excellent
Systems Alignment
• Systems and outputs aligned to the strategic needs of the Business
System analysis
• Systems analysed and areas identified for development
• System related issues to be investigated and root cause analysis conducted
System Clean up
• Old data to be removed & Data verification checks to be done continuously


PEOPLE
Training of operational Staff
• Skilled and competent staff
System Issues
• Daily meeting with operations to address system issues


CUSTOMER INTIMACY
Relationships
• Good relationships developed and maintained with all stakeholders


COMPETENCIES

KNOWLEDGE
• IT Systems related three years tertiary qualification.
• Familiarity with SAP reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience of configuring SAP WM.
• Knowledge and experience in producing SAP reports.
• Knowledge and experience in conducting SAP training.
• Knowledge of transport systems and contracts.
